Our comprehensive project evaluation services are budgeted into the grant application at 10%, on average, of the total budget request, which is in line with the American Evaluation Association’s recommendation of a fair and widely accepted rate. External evaluation is a required component of many grants; as a result, it is paid for by the grant – requiring no out-of-pocket and no upfront expense for the client.
We also offer grant writing services to current and prospective clients free of charge on projects for which we are to be the contracted evaluator. We consider such services our responsibility as part of the proposal development team and “pre-evaluation” work to ensure that the proposed project can be evaluated in a viable and valid manner.
